Welcome to Carton Calculator ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Service Description

The Service is an online container loading calculator that helps users estimate container loading plans based on product dimensions and carton quantities. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register an account and are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Trial

• Newly registered users receive a 7-day free trial.
• All features, including Excel export, are available during the trial period.
• After the trial expires, the export feature will be locked until a subscription is purchased.
• Each user is entitled to only one free trial.

4. Paid Subscription

• Monthly Plan: $19/month, billed monthly.
• Yearly Plan: $149/year, one-time payment — save 35% compared to the monthly plan.
• Payments are securely processed through a third-party platform (Creem).
• Features will be restricted upon subscription expiration and restored after renewal.
• The refund policy is subject to the terms of the payment platform.

5. Disclaimer

• The calculation results provided by the Service are simplified estimates based on volume ratios and are for reference only.
• Actual loading quantities are affected by product shape, packaging methods, stacking strategies, weight limits, and many other factors.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of the calculation results and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of such results.
• Users should perform necessary verification and adjustments before actual operations.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system or interfere with normal service operation.
• Use automated tools for bulk registration or data scraping.
• Resell, sublicense, or lease the Service to any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (including but not limited to code, design, and trademarks) are owned by the Service provider. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

8. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, and will notify users in advance where reasonably possible.
• For material changes, we will notify users via the registered email address or through an announcement on the website.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
